This notice specifically applies to: Riders: individuals who request or receive transportation, including those who receive transportation requested by another individual Drivers: individuals who provide, or submit applications to RIDE CURRENT to provide, transportation through partner transportation companies This notice also governs RIDE CURRENT’s other collections of personal data in connection with RIDE CURRENT’s services. For example, we may collect other personal data in connection with our mapping technology and features. All those subject to this notice are referred to as “users” in this notice. Data controller and transfer

Cab RIDE CURRENT Transportation LLC is the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with use of RIDE CURRENT’s services in the United States of America. We process personal data inside and outside of the United States of America. The personal data of users outside of the United States of America is transferred on the basis of mechanisms approved under applicable laws, RIDE CURRENT collects:
